Unfortunately due to the Red Alert level settings imposed by the government we need to limit the number of people who can attend our meeting this Sunday. We will be operating four bubbles.
Bubble One: Workers
Trainers, drivers, staff. There is no limit on the number of people in the worker bubble, however we do ask trainers to limit their staff to only those who need to be there.
Bubble Two: Owners
Owners with horses racing on the day are able to attend, however we can only have 100 owners at a time in this bubble. There will be limited food and drink available for owners to purchase. Owners will NOT be able to enter the stabling area. The winning owners bar will not be in operation.
Bubble Three: Clubs
Our Clubs of Canterbury day has now been reduced to a limit of 100 people. The clubs will be in the Goodwin Lounge with their own facilities.
Bubble Four: General Public
The large car park area will be reserved for the general public. If you wish to attend you MUST pre-register by emailing manager@methventrottingclub.co.nz with the names of all people who will be attending. There will be toilet facilities available, but no food, drink or tote.
